These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Vaighousing (“Platform”), operated as a real estate information and listing service. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with applicable laws of India, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”), as amended from time to time.
Vaighousing is a digital real estate listing and marketing platform that facilitates discovery of residential and commercial properties. The Platform does not act as an owner, developer, real estate agent, or broker unless explicitly stated. All property transactions are strictly between users (buyers/tenants) and third-party sellers, landlords, developers, or registered real estate agents.
Where applicable, all real estate projects and agents listed on the Platform are expected to comply with the provisions of RERA. Users are strongly advised to independently verify RERA registration details of projects and agents directly through the respective State RERA authority before making any financial commitment.
Property listings, including price, size, availability, images, floor plans, and specifications, are provided by third-party owners, agents, or developers. While we strive for accuracy, Vaighousing does not guarantee completeness, reliability, or current validity of any listing information. Users are responsible for independent verification prior to entering into any transaction.
The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness of any property information for a particular purpose.
Users agree to exercise due diligence before engaging in any property transaction. This includes site visits, legal verification of ownership/title, encumbrance checks, RERA registration validation, and financial assessment. Vaighousing shall not be responsible for any loss arising from reliance on platform listings.
The Platform does not process or guarantee property payments, booking amounts, or rental transactions unless explicitly stated. Any payment made between users and third parties is strictly at their own risk. Vaighousing is not liable for disputes, fraud, or non-performance of agreements between parties.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Vaighousing, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or property arising from use of the Platform or reliance on any listing information.
Users shall not misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to posting false listings, fraud, impersonation, data scraping, spamming, or unauthorized access. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
All content on the Platform, including branding, design, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Vaighousing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited under applicable intellectual property laws.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Vaighousing does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such external websites.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaighousing against any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Vaighousing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
